Their communication was prompt, responsive, respectful and kind from the first second I sent my request on the Thumbtack app! Scheduling both the inspection and the actual water heater removal/installation was seamless and easy! Their office called with amazing kindness and respect and everything was clarified and easy to understand on every interaction. They were able to come out for a FREE inspection and price quote on the installation of our new 38-gallon water heater with insulated jacket, 2-gallon expansion tank and all of the proper professional piping and insulation necessary for the job! Nino was very informative and completely honest with his explanations or answers to any questions that popped into my head throughout the inspection. During the water heater installation, they even used a shovel to dig out the space in the ground to fit our new drain pan as well! All of the customized pipes/adapters added and extra work, they didn’t charge us one extra penny over the original quote! Both Nino and his working partner were always very thorough, kind and immediate with all communications to me about any updates throughout the entire removal and installation! They did an amazing job for this installation, and now we have insulation for both our pipes AND the water heater! Our water is so hot when we turn it to the max, it’s actually steaming now!
